Awards for best dressed and Live Music
The Tropic invites you to join their Melbourne Cup party on the Coast. Bottomless Veuve Clicquot, freshly shucked oysters and a five course Mediterranean inspired menu. Catwalks, prizes for best dressed and once the race is over the after party begins. DJ’s until late. $179pp. Booking essential.
If canapes are more your style join them for their Pavilion Bar party from 11.30am. Glass of sparkling on arrival, catwalks and prizes for best dressed. DJs kick off from 2pm, so you can party into the evening. $69, Tickets essential and available through Event Brite.
Casual walk ins are welcome to enjoy and watch the race in the outside Beach Bar. There’s multiple TVs streaming all races live and loud with breathtaking views. Open from 11.30am.

It’s the sassiest Melbourne Cup cocktail party the city has ever seen held within the iconic pink palace which is The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub.
Saunter down the pink carpet with a glass of bubbly in hand before indulging in delicious canapes and food stations catered by the crew from The Collective Catering.
Let’s be honest, size does matter! So they’ll be streaming all the racing action live on their huge 10 metre theatre screen in air-conditioned comfort.
